Quotations and orders
An inquiry does not by itself create a binding supply agreement. An order is accepted only under the confirmation process stated in the applicable quotation or invoice, including payment and technical approval requirements.
Pricing and payment
Equipment prices are supplied by formal quotation after configuration, quantity and destination are confirmed. Freight, insurance, duties, taxes, installation, commissioning and local services are excluded unless expressly included. Payment methods and milestones are stated in the final commercial document.
Specifications and buyer responsibilities
The buyer is responsible for confirming destination requirements, site dimensions, access, utilities, ventilation, drainage, permits and local compliance. Equipment must be installed, operated and maintained by appropriately qualified persons.
Liability and final terms
Any warranties, limitations, delivery remedies, governing law and dispute terms will be stated in the final transaction documents. Nothing on this page excludes rights or obligations that cannot lawfully be excluded.
