Before shipment
Cancellation or configuration changes must be requested in writing. Costs already committed to procurement, customization, production, inspection, payment processing or logistics may be deducted from any approved refund.
After delivery
Do not return equipment without written authorization. Standard, unused equipment may be reviewed for return where permitted by the final order terms. Customized, installed, used or clearance equipment is generally not returnable unless defective and covered by an agreed remedy.
Reporting a problem
Contact yaumykitchen@gmail.com with the order reference and evidence as soon as a shortage, incorrect item, damage or functional issue is discovered.
- Keep original packaging and labels.
- Provide photos or video of the packaging, rating plate and issue.
- Do not dismantle or modify equipment before receiving guidance.
Approved refunds
The approved amount, deductions, payment route and timing are confirmed in writing after inspection or evidence review. Bank, card, foreign-exchange and freight charges may be non-refundable where allowed by the agreed terms.
