Shipping scope
Available routes and commercial terms depend on product dimensions, destination and order value. A quotation may be offered on an EXW, FOB, CIF or other agreed Incoterm basis and will state what is included.
Lead times
Production and dispatch estimates begin after the agreed deposit or payment and final technical approval. Estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates and may change because of production, inspection, carrier, customs or force-majeure events.
Import costs
Unless the quotation states otherwise, the buyer is responsible for destination duties, taxes, customs clearance, permits, unloading and local delivery.
- Confirm import and certification requirements before ordering.
- Provide an accurate consignee name, address and contact number.
- Inspect visible package condition at handover and note damage with the carrier.
Transit issues
Report visible shortage or transit damage promptly with the order reference, package labels, delivery document, photos and video. We will review the evidence against the agreed shipping scope and carrier process.
