Coverage
Where a warranty is included, it generally covers confirmed manufacturing defects during the stated period, subject to correct transport, storage, installation, utilities, operation and maintenance.
Common exclusions
Coverage normally excludes routine wear, consumables, corrosion from unsuitable water or chemicals, accidental damage, incorrect utilities, unauthorized repair, misuse, poor maintenance and damage caused by site conditions.

- Incorrect voltage, phase, frequency, gas type or pressure
- Unauthorized modification or non-approved parts
- Damage caused by inadequate ventilation, drainage or water treatment
Making a claim
Provide the order reference, product model, serial or rating-plate image, installation details and clear evidence of the issue. Remote diagnosis may be required before parts or another remedy are approved.
Available remedies
Depending on the confirmed issue and order terms, support may include technical guidance, replacement parts, repair coordination, credit or another agreed remedy. On-site labor and travel are included only when expressly stated.
